Of Birds & Gardens...

I spent a lot of time this afternoon outside in this beautiful weather we're having. We're getting a small tease of summer. We don't really get too warm until after mid-July in this area.
The baby is getting braver...
And he's hooongry... So Mama Bird stops in real quick...

And gives him his grub...I wish I could have gotten to go a little clearer, but she's like there and gone and she does it all day long!

The Wait & See plant is looking suspiciously like a cucumber to me!

Neighbor Bob brought me some cool driftwood and I decided to plant flowers in it...

My pink and yellow pentunia

Heliotrope...

The tomatillos are in bloom and some blooms have dropped off, so I suspect that baby tomatillos are soon to follow...

Loveage...

My Green Zebra heirloom tomato...

Sorrell...

These onions are getting huge, and starting to drape over.

The tomatillo bed with parsley and chives that I started from seed and tarragon that I didn't.

I pull them out and they come back...johnny-jump-up in the middle of my onion pool.

Snapdragon trio...

A view...

Posted it twice, by mistake...

Another view...I had to stake the dill this morning, it started to topple over...

My mini rose bush...

Lettuce is starting to sprout, this is my second planting of it...

My purple pepper is starting to bloom.

Chervil in the middle...

And thank you for taking the tour!
